CoreBridge Sourcing, an Independent Building Quote Desk

The desk helps a business buyer write a building requirement and collect factory quotations for alternative systems. It is not a manufacturer or authorized dealer. It does not own a fabrication line, and it does not speak for any brand a buyer may have searched.

How a brief moves, without a company history

01

Read the search as a need, not an order

A brand query is recorded as context. The working document starts from use, site and size. No original-brand product is added to the request.

02

Split methods and scopes

Volumetric, panelized, foldable and steel-system options are labeled. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey stay in different columns so totals are not mixed.

03

Send one sheet to possible plants

Each plant is asked for member sizes or module dimensions, cladding, coating, freight and the documents that match that quote. Replies remain supplier statements.

04

Return a comparison, not an award

Open engineering, permitting and commercial questions are listed with an owner. The buyer decides whether any alternative is acceptable. A classroom note might read 24 ft by 60 ft, seismic design category D, quantity 4, one ZIP-code destination, and installed scope with stairs excluded. Those values stay labeled as the buyer’s inputs.

What the desk will and will not do

Write the requirement

Turn notes into use, geometry, loads, jurisdiction, quantity and destination.

Keep scopes apart

Refuse to treat a kit price and an installed price as the same offer.

Ask for files

Request drawings and the standard that the quoted system actually cites.

Name assumptions

If wind, snow or seismic data is missing, the plant must state the assumption.

Leave compliance local

Stamps, permits and inspections stay with the professionals on the project.

Skip invented proof

No customer counts, plant capacity or savings figures are published here.

Start with the six-line index

If you already know the building use and the destination, send them. Missing loads can be marked open. The desk will not fill those gaps with a guessed code approval.
