Brief intake

Send a Building Brief to CoreBridge Sourcing

This page is the long-form intake. The popup form is only a short dialog. Here you can see the review steps, a project-location illustration, and the same inquiry fields set out in three labeled passes. No street address or telephone line is published because none has been verified for this desk.

Illustrated US project map with a pin for a destination to be named by the buyer

Name the destination on the brief

Freight and code jurisdiction follow the project site you type, not a pin we invent. Write the city, state and ZIP code, plus any gate limit that changes the transport envelope.

Use the form on this page. There is no public social storefront and no published phone extension. Email is the address you type in the work-email field.

What to include

Building use, footprint, height, design loads if known, code jurisdiction, quantity, destination and the scope label: shell, delivered, installed or turnkey.

Review window

Follow-up timing is confirmed after the requirements are reviewed. A reply is not a quotation or a hold on factory capacity; no fixed response interval is promised.

A readable workforce note can say 10 ft by 20 ft in the folded transport state, 20 ft unfolded width, 140 mph design wind speed, 20 psf ground snow load, quantity 6, and a shell scope. Before you submit, decide the comparison you want. A volumetric module, a panelized pack, a folding unit and a rigid steel frame do not share one transport check or one foundation interface. If you already know design wind speed in mph, ground snow load in psf, or the seismic design category, put the numbers in the box. If you do not, write that the plant must state its assumption. Name the adopted code path when you know it, and keep HUD Code manufactured-home rules off an IBC occupancy unless that is truly the path.

Commercial clarity sits in the same box. Quantity of modules or building sets, destination ZIP code, requested timing, and whether freight, crane time and local taxes are inside the number. An optional USD budget should say per module or whole project. A premium, mid-range, budget or undecided preference only tells the desk how much drawing detail you hope to see. It does not rank a plant, and you do not need a live price to choose it.
