CoreBridge Sourcing Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CoreBridge Sourcing handles information typed into the building inquiry form and ordinary server logs. It applies to this independent sourcing desk. It does not describe the privacy practices of plants that later receive a brief you asked us to share.

Information you choose to send

The form asks for a contact name, work email, optional phone, company, and a requirement note. The note may include building use, dimensions, design loads, project location, quantity, destination, delivery timing, an optional budget and a supplier preference. Do not put payment card numbers or government identity numbers in the note. There is no upload control for drawings.

Why it is used

The desk uses the note to understand the building request, to ask clarifying questions, and, if you asked for quotes, to contact possible plants about alternative systems. Work email is used to reply. Phone is used only if you provided it and a written reply is not enough. The desk does not sell the brief as a marketing list.

Who may see it

Staff handling the inquiry can read the note. A plant sees the project facts needed to quote, not a broader export of unrelated inquiries. Hosting and email providers process the message so it can be delivered. They may keep operational logs. If a law requires disclosure, the desk may provide the specific record that the request covers.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while the quote conversation is open and for a limited period afterward so the same brief can be matched if you write again. Server logs that contain IP address and browser type are kept for security and troubleshooting on a shorter cycle. You may ask the desk, through the same form, to correct a project fact that was typed incorrectly.

Cookies and the benefit notice

The site stores a first-display time in local storage and a session flag if you close the sourcing-benefit ticker. That storage only controls whether the notice is shown. It is not a profile of your building project. The inquiry form itself does not set an account password.

International readers

The desk is aimed at business buyers placing projects that may be delivered in the United States. If you write from another country, your note is still handled for the quote request you made. Do not send the form if your local rules forbid that transfer.

Children

The desk does not seek information from children. A building procurement brief is a business communication.

Contact about this policy

Use the contact form and put “privacy question” in the requirement box together with the email you used on the original brief. The desk does not publish a street address for privacy requests. Changes to this policy appear on this page and apply to notes submitted after the change.
