CoreBridge Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the CoreBridge Sourcing website and the inquiry form. The desk coordinates questions between a business buyer and possible plants for modular buildings, flat-pack container-format units and pre-engineered steel structures. Sending a note does not buy a building, reserve factory time, or create a dealership.

Who may send a brief

The form is for business buyers, contractors, developers and their advisors. Do not submit consumer housing applications, job applications, or requests to purchase a named brand as if this desk were that brand. You confirm that the project facts you type are yours to share with potential suppliers.

What a submission means

A submission asks the desk to read the use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and scope label you provide. The desk may contact plants for alternative systems. A reply is not a quotation unless a supplier issues one, and it is not a statement that any code, stamp or inspection has been obtained. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey descriptions in your note stay as you wrote them until a supplier restates them.

No brand supply

The desk is not a manufacturer or authorized dealer. It will not accept an instruction to deliver original products of a brand you searched. Alternatives are offered only as supplier proposals that you can accept or reject.

Your review duty

You and your project professionals check drawings, calculations, freight, taxes, installation and exclusions. Design wind, ground snow, seismic category and foundation reactions must be confirmed for the site. The desk does not seal engineering and does not file permits.

Budgets and preferences

An optional budget and a premium, mid-range, budget or undecided preference are buyer notes. They are not a price list and not a rating of a plant. Currency and the per-module or whole-project basis should be written by you.

Acceptable use

Do not send unlawful content, malware, or another party’s confidential drawings without the right to do so. The form has no file upload. Describe documents in text. The desk may decline a note that lacks a building use or a destination.

Site content

Page text explains how to prepare a comparable request. It is not a warranty of availability, lead time, structural capacity or compliance. Catalog names are inquiry labels, not stock. Standards such as IBC, IRC, ASCE 7, AISC 360 and AWS D1.1 are named so you know what to request from a supplier. Naming them does not mean the desk holds those credentials.

Liability limit

To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for supplier errors, delayed freight, site conditions, or a buyer decision to accept an alternative. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed. If a court limits a clause, the rest of these terms continue.

Changes

The desk may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version you see when you submit applies to that submission. Questions about a live brief go through the contact form, not through a claimed office address.
